Our first product, LaborIQ, is a dynamic labor market reporting platform for employers to understand supply and demand, benchmark roles, compensation and talent requirements.
Company History
Founded in September 2018, ThinkWhy started with a desire to change the lives of those seeking a better employment fit. In building our organization, we needed accessible, easy-to-understand labor insights to make informed decisions about where to find top talent, salary data and the degree fields that would support our needs. This information was not easily available or in one place.
Labor market information should not be hard to find, nor should you have to be an expert to understand and apply it. So, we are bringing business users a platform that is accessible and actionable.
